Fast metabolism? More like a low apetite.
Healthy way - add more food, mostly carbs like rise (just boil 2-3deciliter in the morning, eat all your normal meals and then in addition to that eat all the rise)
Unhealthy way - add 1-2 liters of cocolate milk a Day.
Also try Counting calories. You May find out that you eat much less Then you think :)
