How can I gain muscle fast?

I am a skinny guy I worked out for 5 months I went from weighting 178 to 191 . I at the point where it seem like I get no muscle growth . What am i doing wrong?

Eat more and when your lifting make sure your doing more weight. Because if you are lifting weights and say 10 reps become too easy so then you do 15 that'll get you toned but not bigger in muscles. Its all about adding weights when you lift. But definitely eat more, eat healthy but add more calories daily.

Just go to the gym and do push up or get heavy weights and do that for 15 min
