If I'm trying to lose weight and have been doing some weight training to burn more fat and to build a bigger butt. Can I take whey protein powder or any protien powder to help build my butt too or will it cause me gain more everywhere else?
I would say try soy protein its better for women especially, whey protein will cause you to gain unnecessary weight
