Does Anyone know real,intense, and serious lower ab workouts that will show progress in about 2 months or less? I have been doing some for about a year and I have not seen improvements. If you do know a workout please kik me Alpho9 or reply. Thanks.
Feel like a parrot as I've mentioned this so many times but I read a recent study on abs and the 2 most effective exercises is Air Bike and Leg raises!
