Help with Forearm definition.
I have strong forearms, I mean I can do arm balances like the peacock pose and stuff. Strength is not an issue. But they don't look strong. I do forearm curls like twice a week for about 20 minutes a day. but it is big and has definition for a couple of days and then it seems to 'deflate'.
Anyone else have this problem? Or a solution?
