Help with Forearm definition.

I have strong forearms, I mean I can do arm balances like the peacock pose and stuff. Strength is not an issue. But they don't look strong. I do forearm curls like twice a week for about 20 minutes a day. but it is big and has definition for a couple of days and then it seems to 'deflate'.

Anyone else have this problem? Or a solution?

Try doing pullups or even better hang from a pullup bar with your arms straight. Do that for timed intervals and keep increasing the amount of time you hang

Hey

Sounds like you know what your doing.....your forearms are already strong and you've put muscle on them. 
At this point for more definition and vascularity, it will probably just depend on your body fat percentage. The lower your fat the more "ripped"! the muscle is there time to trim the fat!
