I'm concerned on maintaining overall nutrition and upper body strength. I was on a 7 day pass at a local gym and it has ended, I was lifting and practicing in the court steadily improving court awareness and ball handling, reinforcing basic mechanics to the game Exc.
I was benching about 130 (spotted) and lifting individual weights ie using machines improving tricep/bicep/chest area/ quad muscles. Though my time has ended and I don't know how this may effect my body. Been taking protein to maintain this but I don't know any exercises that may aid me in upper-body endurance/Upper body Strength.
