Urgent help to increase weight

I'm 16, 5'11 and weigh 47 kilos. Please how can I increase my weight. I don't have access to a wide variety of food produce.

Do strength training with weights heavy enough that you can only do 6-8 reps. Make sure you work big muscle groups, legs, back, chest rather than smaller muscles
