Was at a festival in the mountains all day yesterday, walking around. The only thing that's sore today is the muscle on the outside of my leg, up near the hip joint. Which muscle is this, and what are some good exercises to work it? Because it clearly needs some improvement.
Oddly enough the usual places legs get sore from walking a lot are completely fine, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the inclines, maybe? I live in a very flat area, single story home as well, so not a lot of climbing in the day to day.
Don't care about the soreness, really. It's nothing to get excited over. Just ordinary muscle soreness. Just wondering what exercises or routines might target this area that is obviously weaker than the rest of my leg muscles.
