So I am still in the process of losing weight but in about a year and a half or two I want to compete in a female figure competition. My shoulder muscles are getting defined but I really want to build my quads to get those amazing thigh cuts and my biceps and triceps to get ripped arms. Can anybody help me?

For the thighs try this Shredded Legs.
For the arm try this Arm Bumb.

If you can't handle 30 sec of push ups. Try to do them kneeling.

And try those to lose weight Lose Some Fat. Lower Body Cardio.
