Well, the only thing that I learned is that you have to lift extreme heavy if you want to get big. Don't through your back out though!

@kevin Dont cut out cardio entirely 2-3 times a week is a good start and go from there.Remember everyone is different,see what works for you and stick to that.

You have plenty of mass now, I just think you wanna be leaner but at your same size
