Anybody take mass gainer?
If so, what's your experience? Do you gain a lot of fat or is it mostly muscle? I've always just taken regular whey protein but just looking to put on some size.
I started taking true mass bsn and I started noticing a difference within the first 2 weeks.
Bro you wana try thermoblast or some fat burner and switch carbs with protein give a few days then bomb ripping the gains
