I don't see anything on here about strength resistance. I'm looking for workouts that will bulk me up since I'm already getting my cuts because of my high metabolism. Someone help me please
If you are looking to bulk(muscle hypertrophy) you just have to workout with heavier weights. 65% to 85% of your 1 RM.
