Hiit training

Well i just buy the french men'shealth edition and it's all about hiit training.
So it's just 4 or five workout that you are doing the faster you can without rest. Then you take 1 min rest and you repeat this 3 or 4 times. So you make a 15 minutes session.
What do you think about this training session?
Do it work?

Hell yeah they work! Shred you right up but it's a fine line between bulking up your muscle and shredding down. But hey.. As long as you're havin fun right?!
