Good morning everybody! I need a workout only for butt without exercises that could train also my legs! I am asking u because usually i find workout for both legs and butt, but i need one only for glutes! Thank u very much!

Well it could be hard as you want. If it's too easy add some weight. I do intense legs with 2x15kg dumbells and i really feel the burn

Ok i created a glute workout. Go on my profile and check out my liked workouts. You will see it there called GLUTE IT BABY GLUTE IT. Might find it too easy im gonna hit it up in a couple of days with my ankle weights. Might try and create some different butt ones too x
