Did I do something wrong on my workouts?
Hello all. I have just downloaded this app and it's great! Lost 10kgs in 6 months and now I am focused on building my muscle. But it has been 4 months since I am trying to do weightlifting at home. Didn't get much muscle and those biceps. :(
Perhaps a little help? Should I eat protein supplements? 17y'o here and still at school. Thanks!
Don't worry too much. Cus it takes time to build muscles
It takes 4 weeks fot you to see the difference
8 weeks for your friends to see it
And 12 weeks for the world to notice the changes
And has no point consuming 100 cal and then burn 90 and expect change...
Pay attention to what you eat, bcuz you are what you eat...
Its better a slow progress than no progress
In order to see muscle you need low body fat. If you have low body fat increase the weight. You should have a nice burn after the 9th or 10th rep. If not add more weight.
Also, diet is the most important factor IMO. Your diet will vary depending on your fitness goals.
I have supplements and protein but honestly there's no point unless you already keep up the lifestyle 70% what you eat 30% what you do.so just keep working hard and the results will come rolling in slowly but surely and you'll be able to look back knowing you made it :)
Sorry for the late reply! Had so much assignments and I didn't workout for almost a whole week!
