Ok I just loaded a recent pic today of my legs but I have an issue, my left leg muscle is getting bigger than my right!! Why is this. I do all my exercises the same on each leg and do squats daily. I am a righty does this matter? Maybe im putting to mich weight on my left leg?
A vary in the posture (even a matter of millimeters) may change the influence of the resistance towards your muscles. So as Johnny said, check yourself on the mirror. If the posture's correct change number of reps for the weakest part
