I'm 15, weight 56kg / height 174cm. Can anyone give me some advice?

There is a 12 week mass building workout program called "shortcut to mass" by Jim Stoppani you could try. Other than that, lifting heavy weight, low reps (6-10 max) and high calorie, clean diet is the only way. There are no shortcuts, that's what makes it so much fun to workout!!

Do a mixture of endurance and stength exercises such as pushups or planks. Be sure to eat well and rest!
