I have something I can refer you to. However creatine monohydrate, bcAAs and eating six times a day of protein carbs and fats is good. While also diversifying your workouts.

I don't take yet any suppliments... I Just belive on Natural Foods :) I love to take lots of protein from Natural Food. Thank you :)
