Hey, I am trying to gain strength and weight. So I am trying to eat the right food and calorie intake. What are some good post workout meals after strength training??

I usually like a big bowl of fruits or a decent salad right after my workout 😺 but since you're trying to gain strength and weight, you would need more protein in your diet. So you can try drinking protein shakes after workouts.

Getting the right shakes is important. I'm happy to help further with composition  and why's and how's with shakes. And give you advice for post workout prep to build muscle stay full and be ready for next session.

Alrighty thank you. I'm never completely dedicated to strength training for a long period of time so this is why I'm trying to find out necessary food and training stuff.
