Hey, I am trying to gain strength and weight. So I am trying to eat the right food and calorie intake. What are some good post workout meals after strength training??
I usually like a big bowl of fruits or a decent salad right after my workout but since you're trying to gain strength and weight, you would need more protein in your diet. So you can try drinking protein shakes after workouts.
