How long it takes to build abs and muscle??

Usually how long does it takes to build abs, chest muscle and shoulder??

It depends on which metabolism you have: if you are a heavy gainer (fast metabolism, usually not weight issues, but struggle to build muscles) it takes longer and needs assistance like protein. It also depends on how you define 'build': being serious about working out, not being a heavy gainer and not having too much body fat, you will see the first results within 4 weeks. Keeping it going and increasing the challenges (e.g. by weight, number of reps or HIIT), you will be at quite a good level after 6 to 12 months. But there's no real limit. Enjoy!

Usually about 6m fore people to see you lift. Another 6 before you can justify a cut and another 3-6 before you see your abs.
