Want to get fitter and bulkier
Title says it all. After almost ten years after dropping of swimming because of injury, never gained weight since. At 58kg and 174cm, something's wrong: I eat a lot! Is anyone in a similar situation? I'm a guy btw.
Protein rich food is your muscles bestfriend is you wanna build em up. And a regular workout routine to work em.
Thanks. Lots of whole milk, meat and cheese after workouts, and carbs before them just managed a couple of extra kgs though. Motivation was low but now it soares!
I lift 6 days a week I used to have trouble getting gains until I changed my diet my goal is between 3500 and 3750 calories a day and around 200g of protein a day when I'm bulking
