Incline bench medium weight 5 sets of 12
Dumbbell Flys 5 sets of 12 then without rest inclined Flys 5 sets of 12
Dumbbell pullover 5 sets of 30, 12, 10, 8, 6 with varying weight
Chin ups 4 sets to failure
Bent over barbell row 5 sets of 12
Bent over 2 dumbbell row 5 sets of 12
Hanging leg raise 5 sets of 25.
