How can i lose weight and tone my body at the same time? Pliz help

By doing exercises to lose weight and build muscle. THE DIET PART- Make sure u eliminate junk food, sugar, and things like white bread. Instead eat more protein from chicken, eggs, tuna, and opt for fruits and vegetables. Keep track of ur calories to get the best results. EXERCISE PART- Cardio is what u need but it should be things like short sprints with a rest for a minute or two and then sprint again which is known as HIIT training. U can also do HIIT training with a skipping rope. Skipping rope will really help in losing weight
