How to correct uneven lats? Any help is appreciated. I can only do about 5 full pull ups.
I can do more chin ups, I do close grip for biceps but I know that chin-ups can also work lats as well. I also have a barbell. Any ideas?
It looks like it's mainly the lower lats that are uneven. My left one is lagging.

It could be your form that is causing the uneven lats, try getting your form right. You could try one solution, do one arm Kat pull downs to isolate the lat muscle.
