Need workout and diet changesfor skinny guy

Hi
I need some workout plans and diet suggestion. can workout 5 days a week
I'm 5'11 tall currently weigh 148 lbs
My regular diet
Breakfast
Oats
2 apples
2 boiled eggs
Lunch
Rice and chiken or eggs

Snacks
Protein bar-20gm protein

Workout
Post workout
Protein drink

Dinner
Tortila chicken wrap

Well if you are saying that you are too skinny and want to bulk up, try increasing the amount of meat intake and work from there. Eat more, gain the fats, and then convert them into muscle mass, do powerlifting, deadlifting, etc.
