What is the good weight for woman to train with.... I mean dumbbells and barbell..?... (If am 64 kg for example)
Well really it all depends, you just gotta try and see what you can do. Imo, a good weight is something where you do three sets of 8 to 10 reps, and by your last set you're maxing out and can not complete (or just barely complete) 8 to 10. It takes a few times to really dial it in, but if you log your workouts you'll very quickly see where you're at.
There are many different opinions and ideas on weight training, from high weight /low reps, to high reps /low weight, and everything in between.
Do some googling "weight training beginner" "how to weight training" "women weight training"... and more. There are lots of good (&bad) articles out there.
