So I been off the grid for a little over a week I hurt my shoulder trying to lift a 12 foot polishing mill at work but I'm back in the game did a small workout but I managed to beat my bench press workout of 200 lbs I benched 205 feels good I didn't log it in cause it was my own lol workout I did I don't get points for it but I'm happy
