So my shoulder is still hurting I can't make it through my bench pressing workouts any ideas on what I can do to heal it it's ben popping when doing Floyd be for it started to hurt
Rest. Give it a few days. Ice it and take anti inflammatories
And when you hit the gym after the rest involve FacePulls in your shoulder routine and focus training your rear delts! Shoulder is a delicate muscle and when benching keep your shoulder blades pressed in the bench and don't lockout the bar at the top this will use your lats more and keep your shoulders stress free. sounds like u got some poor flexibility on that side. Try stretching and try benching differently(they are some videos on proper ways to do it) it my be your benching a certain way that causes to much strain on ur dels and shoulders.
