My left is almost a full inch smaller than my right.... ( L: 15.7in---R: 16.5in)..... How can I fix this.? I've been working out for almost a year; I just got this app about a month ago.. I have focused primary on dumbells and have read that I'm probably using improper form with my left arm (I've noticed it doesn't get as "sore" either.......)... now that I know what the problem is, does anyone know anyway I can catch up my left arm to my right without having to stop working out with my right??
Wow a whole inch is going to take some time man. Start doing 1 or 2 more reps with your smaller arm. my grandfather caught my left side dominating my right side on my bench press so I did 2 more dumbell curls with my right to even out.
