What up, I've been working out using this workout split for a while:
But I want to change this up so that I can focus on getting a V-shape. I want to focus more on my chest, back, and shoulders.
(My goal is to tone up for the next 3 months, for summer, then to bulk up and get stronger the next 3 months, during summer)
Does anyone have any good workout split for my goal?
Bit of history
16 y/o, started working out Feb 2014 (hiit cardio, abs, biceps, chest and triceps a little)
Then started weight training class in school Aug 2014 (started working out in splits)
