Sooo a pull-up bar that I ordered last friday finally arrived last night but nobody was home. The USPS guy did not leave it on the front door and took it back to the Post Office and I needed the bar to complete today's workout. I rescheduled the delivery but that wont happen till tomorrow. :/ What is a great exercise that I can use to replace the pull-up bar for me to do today? Any tips?

This is what I was able to find to do my pull-up workouts without the bar itself (although it finally arrived today). I am sure there are more workouts out there that would simulate a pull-up routine. However, I tried it last night and I can feel my muscles from my back sore today lol.
