Looking for a routine do to at home. I am going to only be using dumbells and a pull up bar. I'm looking to work out as much as possible or what ever will get me the best results. I talked to a couple friends who told me to look into a calstetics plan since I won't be getting a gym membership and I'm limited. I can work out 5-7 days a week. Looking to get some help with what I should do each day and how many reps, ect.
My second question is what do I eat? I'm only 130 lbs and 6'0" and it's extremely hard for me to gain weight. How much protein, carbs ect should I be eating daily ?
