Hey i wanna get chest muscles, i mean i want em to be round and visible. I got some abs but just a littlr chest, so can somebody suggest workouts and exercises.. Answers would be appreciated
I just searched 'fly machine' to see what i could find and an article saying this popped up:
"Forget the fly machine, and stick with exercises such as the pushup, dumbbell bench press and dumbbell incline press; they’re easier on your shoulders and the best way to build your chest overall."
