Whats some good ingredients for a protein shake

Soy milk has good protien and calcium. Get the dark chocolate flavor it covers the soy taste really well.

Meant to say use as the medium for powder/mix.

Soy is an estrogen promoting food.   I reccomend raw milk or coconut milk.   Avoid soy at All cost.  Especially since it is prob GMO SOY which is possibly toxic and the production of it ruins our earth

Try to find cold processed pasture rAised whey.  Such as Warrior Whey products.    Also good ingredients are cinnamon banana. Almond butter.   Sunflower lecithin.  Raw honey.    Rock on!
