Thin to muscled?

I've been using the app for more than a month now. I'm kinda thin guy with flabs all over my chest and stomach. While the app has helped me lose weight, the next challenge is to build muscles. I'm not sure if the programs here work, but is anyone also in the same situation as I am here?

So I don't know about the programs, but I would recommend continuing cardio off and on to keep fat off. Now the challenge, building muscle. Maintain a regular diet with added proteins. Here's where frequency of muscle group workouts count most!
