Trying to build up my Upper Body and was wondering what specific areas I should focus on?

Not sure what your knowledge level is so I will state the obvious. Don't focus on any one body part work on them all. Push yourself to be able to lift more. If you can do 25 pounds today aim for 30 the next time you train that muscle group. Nutrition is also important. Nobody got built on nachos and ice cream.
