It doesn't really matter if you have a fast metabolism. I mean it helps when bulking a lot in my opinion so a lot of what you eat doesn't get stored as fat. Anyway you should be eating double your bodyweight in protein. Lots of good carbs and healthy fats. Eat every 2 - 3 hours. Your body is capable of absorbing up to 30 grams of protein per serving.
