i heard there is plans for losing fat with kinds of food to eat and workouts which is different from those plans for building muscles..can i lose fat and bulk at the same time or should i focus on one thing ?
Focus on one.
depending on your body fat % if it's relatively low I'd say 18% - 23% or less for women then you could start bulking, any higher then cut first. It's not impossible to do both but might as well be as it is very difficult and would take a long time and strict routine, good luck
I am doing this exactly.Losing fat and building muscle.My belly is leaner and i have build enough muscle while losing so much fat.
I always start building the muscle get that going on good and steady then start my cardiovascular. The fat will start falling off with a steady increase in mass
