Working hard need a pointer

So I'm not on here much I'm doing my own workouts that I combine using the ones on here but I get no points for it but I'm still working hard I'm back up to 200 lbs at 3 reps per set on the bench I'm big now I'm working on definition definition is more reps light weight right? Any pointers helps thanks :)
