My metabolism is to fast i eat and eat and eat and nothing seems to help im on mass gainer gnc brand and i take 1 pre and 1 post workout ive seen small gains but then all of a sudden i loose it any info would be great trying to gain 25 lbs!!
I would load up on protein. I would have it in almost every meal.
Aswell as protein intake a slow gainer needs a higher portion of carbs (good clean carbs such as brown rice, sweet potatoe etc) thats where the weight will come. Eating 5-6 meals per day and continuing with shakes etc. You will need to make sure your exercise programme is right for gaining too. I.e. not too much cardio and if weight training, the right amount of exercise for each muscle group and sets/reps to achieve muscle hypertrophy. Rest days are also equally as important as this is when our muscles repair and grow. Ive gained and like you find it very difficult. Keep at it im sure it'll come!
