So I have limited equipment in my home gym and one of the things I have is a barbell. I've been using it for a while, works great and all but lately I've been getting a little tired from the few same exercises that I know of with it. (Bicep curls, overhead press, rows) I have searched the internet for new exercises but most of them I either don't have the equipment for or don't find very safe to do for me... So I was just wondering if anyone has some good barbell exercises (upper body, preferably) that they would like to share, it would be great!!
