Hey everyone,

So I have limited equipment in my home gym and one of the things I have is a barbell. I've been using it for a while, works great and all but lately I've been getting a little tired from the few same exercises that I know of with it. (Bicep curls, overhead press, rows) I have searched the internet for new exercises but most of them I either don't have the equipment for or don't find very safe to do for me... So I was just wondering if anyone has some good barbell exercises (upper body, preferably) that they would like to share, it would be great!!

Barbell shrugs, barbell front raises, clean and jerk.

There is straight leg deadlifts, power clean with a press, skull crushers, lunges or calf raises with the barbell in your back, ab roll outs, press jacks, upright rows, bent over rows. Hope this helps
