Build LASTING muscles
I work from time to time. Although my focus is abs training, am interested in building some 'lasting' muscles.
I do get these when working out regularly.
When I slouch, the lean arms come walking right in!
Wondering if someone out there has found the 'magic' fomula
As far as I know, there are no 'lasting' muscles. You gotta work for the muscles, and then when you get to where you want, keep working at that same level to maintain them.
