Build LASTING muscles

I work from time to time. Although my focus is abs training, am interested in building some 'lasting' muscles.
I do get these when working out regularly.
When I slouch, the lean arms come walking right in!
Wondering if someone out there has found the 'magic' fomula

As far as I know, there are no 'lasting' muscles. You gotta work for the muscles, and then when you get to where you want, keep working at that same level to maintain them.

Guess that's true. Any particular workouts that deliver this every time?

Yes! I've got the magic formula right here:
Hard work + a healthy diet = muscle definition
There is no magic fix. You have to work at it and keep working at it and then keep working at it some more.
