Bands , weights or both ? Which is your favorite tool to use and why. ?
I work two jobs and go to school full time. While I like weights, I prefer the bands because I can carry them around with me and get a quick workout during my lunch break or in between classes.
As a beginner with both, so far I tend to feel more in control with the weights, less wobbly. I still like the bands though. Portability is a definite plus.
Weights for sure! Bar with weight is what I use the most. :)
Weights to target 1 specific muscle for power and strength, bands to target fast twitch muscles
Weights for me. Tried bands and they kept snapping even with a decent set. Although I did find them useful as a bit of a rest from lugging weights around
