HOW LONG AFTER YOU START EXERCISING, LIFTING WEIGHTS, DO YOU SEE,.FEEL THE MUSCLE CHANGE, STRENGTH INCREASE

Usually  start feeling  a little  more strength after a week or two of lifting  that considering  your lifting  at least 4 days a week..as far as seeing  results  all depends  on your genetics  but it can take a while. ..strength  comes before  definition and thats all that matters

All depends what your doing, but i would say no more then a hour
