I'm trying to get big lats I need something intense any leads?
You probably know pullups are the king of lat exercises, so all variations, with weights, negative pullups, static holds, lighter lat pull downs to failure.. Etc. Out of curiosity I just googled "how to get bigger lats" and many results pop up, many probably bs but it can't hurt to just try some new exercises. Lately I've been liking the site T-nation, so I clicked on their article "two weeks to bigger lats"... Seems interesting. My gym doesn't have those machines though.
Weighted pullups. Weight belt, weight vest, even a backpack with stuff in it, something strapped to your ankles, grab a dumbbell between your feet.
