Hey guys!! So im 23 years old, living in Sydney Australia... I want to start bulking up, I currently weigh 78kgs. Im starting this program tomorrow Strong Body Builder but I need a diet plan done up for me... First time starting gym, so any tips, advice would be muchly appriciated. I've been doing manly bodyweight exercises, for the past 6 months. I've got a good platform to start... hit us up pleaseee!!!!
