creatine.. does this stuff really work? if so, whats the best brand? its extremely hard for me to gain weight and i heard it helps. leave tips n anything else so i can learn more

I would recommend googling things like "what does creatine do," "creatine side effects," and "how to creatine" and reading several articles.

It basically helps you replenish ATP, which is the body's source of immediate energy for short burst things like lifting and sprinting. If you have more energy to lift weight, you can lift more, and therefore gain more muscle afterwards. One main side effect is water weight gain, especially as you start.

If you're looking to gain muscle, it's a very popular and well-researched choice.

There is a way you have to go about beginning to use it, so do some googling and reading. People who use it correctly usually take more per day in the beginning "loading phase" where you saturate your muscles, and then after a couple weeks you go into the maintenance phase of a few grams per day.

also, it's not really going to work without proper exercise and nutrition. In any scenario, you need more calories to gain weight, whether it's muscle or not.
