Pre workout

Hi, can anyone give me some pre workout recommendations please. I've only used C4 original so far but I'm almost out of it. I've also been told pre workout isnt really needed but it helps with my motivation to workout. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi there, my go to pre workout snack is a black cup of coffee and about 4 dates, organic. I love dates, they’re tasty and great energy. I hate getting bloated or full, and this combo is just right! I always finish with an organic vegan protein shake with almond milk, very light on the stomach if you want to avoid casein protein.
