I am on a vegetarian diet, but work out many times a week. I know that protein is necessary to build and repair muscle. I eat eggs or something with peanut butter afterwards, but I am looking for other alternatives. Any suggestions?

I'm vegetarian too and use whey protein powder, almond milk, eggs, beans and nuts to get my protein.

Milk beens tofu protein based cheese. Those r what i use im a vegitarian.
