Any advice on how to bulk
Eating and training plans
Im an ectomorph.

Heavy weights, less reps. Minimal to NO rest in between reps, minimal rest between sets. Try supersets ⬅google that! Also, increase carb intake and obviously include lots of protein in your diet. Carbs = fuel for your muscles and help repair damage, as does protein. Hope this helped :)
